Kiera Malone, Instructor. The Couch to 5K program will meet weekly on Thursday evenings for 1-hour sessions and include a brief of daily goal with running route, warm up, walk/run, cool down, stretch. All runners will be provided with a training schedule for the duration of the program and all around wellness tips designed to help all participants become healthier. This course is for beginners and veterans alike, with the goal of improving as a runner. The instructor will provide constant support and will be available for consultation outside of the 1-hour weekly sessions.
