Ill be sharing how you can focus on fuelling your body without sacrificing great taste! During our 3 hours together, we’ll cover: The 4 quadrants to a healthy lifestyle, the 6 foundational elements of the Health quadrant, a detailed analysis of the food element, and plenty of time to get answers to any questions you may have.
