Ian Roth, Instructor. Zen emphasizes the experience of life as it happens.  Zen meditation is the practice of attention, and its direction.  Bringing attention to whatever is present helps us in our daily life.  The class is for people who have little or no experience with meditation.  Wear comfortable clothes, and bring questions. Park down the driveway in back.
