Moms Fitness Classes at Everlasting Fitness

Drop the kids at school and grab a friend for a great fitness class that will burn calories, increase strength and endurance and tone your core. Classes are held on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays at 9 am. Choose from 1-3 times per week. All fitness levels welcome

Class Schedule:

Boot Camp- Mondays at 9 am
Experience the benefits of training with cardiovascular and muscle building activities with periods of low to high intensity activities, such as core conditioning, circuit training, fitness boxing, speed and agility drills, kettle bells, TRX, obstacle courses, jump rope, heavy ropes, and sand bags.

B.L.A.S.T.  - Wednesdays at 9 am
This fun and highly effective class combines non contact boxing with strength training for your legs and abs making it a total body workout! In addition to getting in shape fast, it is also a great way to relieve stress!
 

LIFT - Fridays at 9 am
Getting stronger doesn't always mean having big muscles. Whether you're brand new to working out, haven't been for a while, or are looking to try something new, this amazing class will teach you the importance of strength training that's suitable to your individual goals, so empower yourself and try our LIFT class!
