Horn Pond Fitness Walks

Brenda Jo Hubbard, Instructor. Join in on this 45-55-minute walk with plenty of obstacles along the way. After we warm up we will fitness walk the trails with plenty of squats, lunges, step ups, and upper body strength exercises using mother nature’s props. Bring your walking shoes and a small water supply. Small dumbbells could be implemented into your walk routine if you choose to carry them. park at the George Clapp elementary school on Arlington road, which is where we will meet at 9:00AM prompt.
