Tabata Interval Training for Everyone

Instructor: Brenda Jo Hubbard. Tabata is a form of interval training. Generally, it is performing 20 seconds of maximum effort exercises with 10 seconds of rest for four minutes or 8 cycles. This form of exercise optimizes fat utilization for energy during exercise and after exercise for up to two days! Bring a mat for the ab session at the end and a set of Dumbbells if you’d like to take it up a notch.
