Ramp up your self-care routine and learn how to really take care of yourself: Make happiness and pleasure a priority in your life; and give yourself permission to accept no less than the highest standards for your health, relationships, and overall well-being. This is what practicing extreme self-care is all about. Sound selfish? The truth is, a self-care practice allows you to ultimately give more of your gifts back to the world. Through PowerPoint, lecture, and discussion, you'll find out where you feel deprived, learn how to grow self-love, discover the power of rhythm and routine, and create your own “soul space” that gives you energy and inspires you to be your best. Learn to engage in daily self-care habits that will radically improve your life, such as learning how to say “no”, letting go of control, listening to your body, limiting outside negative energy, and finding your voice in difficult situations. You'll leave class with a personalized road map that aligns with who you are and what you need most.
