At Home Workouts with Rack House Fitness for Adults, Teens, and Kids!
Two Free Weeks for Everyone Starting Wednesday, May 6th
 
We are excited to offer live Strength and Conditioning classes for all age groups through our virtual platform! Classes will consist of a coach-led warm up followed by a specific strength or agility section then directly into the workout of the day! Each section includes a discussion of the intent of the work, a demonstration of the movements, and active review and practice to ensure proper technique. All movements are adjustable to each individual’s fitness and skill level. No equipment necessary! We have options for everyone!
 
K to 5th Grade: Every Tuesday at 3PM (35 mins)
This class is focused on getting these young athletes moving, learning a new skill, and having fun with working out! This is an excellent way to keep them active and engaged with fitness during this time.

Pre-Teens and Teens: Every Monday and Thursday at 3PM (55 mins)
With these older athletes we take it up a notch by adding in strength training and agility drills. They will learn a new movement and then hit a fast-paced workout intended to increase their speed and power! Perfect for any sports athlete who is currently not able to train on the field as well as any pre/teen looking to incorporate some general movement into their day.
