Kids will have so much fun in this jam-packed class. They will strengthen their bodies, build confidence and self-esteem and improve their coordination, flexibility, balance and creativity. Your child will continue to learn with new and exciting themes each week that will keep them energized and having fun!
Week 1: Hip-Hop for kids (kids will learn the fundamentals of hip-hop dancing while learning new moves and building coordination)
Week 2: Circuit and Strength Training for kids (kids will learn the basics of strength training while working on their stamina and strengthening their whole body through basic exercises)
Week 3: Dance Games and Zumba (kids will follow along to routines with the latest kids music and build confidence and self-esteem through dance games)
Week 4: Ballet and Jazz (kids will learn the basic techniques of ballet and jazz dancing. They will learn basic terminology and work on balance and creativity)
Week 5: Yoga and Stretching (kids will learn basic stretches for flexibility and focus on their breathing and creating a sense of calmness within their bodies)
Week 6: Cardio Workout (kids will have so much fun dancing and improving their strength and stamina while listening to their favorite songs)
