Let’s take Indoor Walking to the next level with this 30 minute everything workout.  Let’s do some minutes of cardio, some minutes of sculpting, some minutes of core strengthening. The sky is the limit.  Such a great overall training style when you’re short on time.  If you don’t have dumbbells, then use something else or nothing at all.  You’ll still feel great!
